If someone that you have been fawning over for months finally says  that they are madly in love with you.  You would be on cloud nine and loving life. Then as the weeks turn into months and they just keep saying it the same way in the same tone every single day they talk to you.
In fact that is all they ever say. How would that make you feel?
Yet in religion that's exactly what we do. We seem to believe that this repetition is pleasing to God.

But why would we think that repeating the same lines day in and out would some how be enough for God? We don't go into repetition with our loved ones. Do we? Is it because we don't see in God  what makes us human? Or is it because we see it as a duty?
Jesus said it this way "And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words. Look at the words Jesus uses  "meaningless" and "many words". God may well have walked out of many churches today from absolute boredom and the meaningless words we repeat very day we set aside for worship.

He is rolling His eyes at many repeated prayers offered. He wants a real conversation! Just like we do. We are made In His image and we need conversation. Why would we think God is any different?

The scripture in Exodus 33:11 says " The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend. "Face to face as one speak to a friend". Does that sound like a stuck up God only interested in formality or with religious dogma?  Does it sound like someone that is interested in hearing the same shit over and over and over again?

So to answer the question quite frankly. Yes God is Bored with our repeating the same shit very time we pray! He is waiting to have a real conversation. So start the conversation.  Just start with Hello.
